Terms & Conditions

To ensure you get the best possible playing instrument when it leaves our shop:

In the case your instrument cannot be repaired by us, your instrument will be returned to you without charge and we will discuss with you several options for either getting it repaired or advising you on the best alternatives. NB: You may responsible for any transport or shipping costs incurred by us.

We repair instruments to a high standard and will not let an instrument leave our shop if we are not happy it is serviced or repaired to our standards. We will advise you of the most appropriate service or repair before the work begins.

In the case of theft, fire, home invasion, natural disaster or act of god we unfortunately cannot insure your instrument against damage or loss. We will however do our best to make sure your instrument is protected and secured while in our care under normal circumstances.

All payment to be received before collection (this includes drop offs if previously arranged)

All our work has a 30-day guarantee on all repairs & service work plus materials. We are proud of our work and know you will be too. If something is not right, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Tips from the repair bench:

Remember to swab your instrument after each time you play. This helps keep your instrument in great playing condition for longer and helps the pads last for many years

Wash your mouthpiece with cold water and a little dish soap once a week to keep your mouthpiece fresh

Reeds sadly don't last forever; When you get chips or cracks or it just looks tired, it is probably time to replace it.
